If you would like a proof of what your shirt will look like, please check the proper box below. If you do not check the box, no proof will be provided. Proof will be sent within 3 business days. Production does not begin until proof has been approved.

If no design placement is selected, design will be placed on the front of the shirt (center chest or full front, depending on the size of the design).
